Description: I have been Bellydancing since the beginning of 1999. I did my first professional show about a year after that.
While I am trained in many of the traditional dance moves, I bring my own unique style to this ancient art form. I consider myself to be a "contemporary" bellydancer. I combine turkish and eqyptian styles as well as modern moves that I have learnt over the years. Occasionally, I even don a pvc outfit, put on more black eyeliner than anyone should reasonably where, and bellydance to heavy metal.
In 2001 I became a resident dancer at the Sheikh's Palace, the leading Lebanese restaurant in South Africa.
I have taught classes from beginner to professional level in Randburg, Fourways, Benoni and Boksburg.
